Does a Wallet pass work with every reader?
Universal compatibility should not be assumed. The reader model, device and way the pass is used are checked for each installation.
Are passes available with both solutions?
Yes. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are part of both Business and Residential, with support for physical cards.
What if a phone is lost or unavailable?
Contact the administrator to update or revoke permissions. A physical card can be an alternative; offline and low-battery behaviour must be confirmed for the particular setup.
